1. Who Can Enter: Limited to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington DC, age 18 or older as of January 1, 2008. Minors under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian in order to enter the contest. Only one registrant per household is accepted. Employees of Thrive Energy Drink, Inc. or its subsidiaries and members of their households or immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: Individuals receive one entry into the weekly Case-A-Week of Thrive Energy Drink, Inc. Sweepstakes by completing the registration form found at www.ThriveEnergyDrink.com. Only one registration per household is accepted.

For those individuals not interested in joining the ThriveEnergyDrink.com online list, they may enter the sweepstakes by sending a postcard with their full name, postal address (including: street, apartment/suite number, city, state and zip code), phone number, and email address to: Thrive Energy Drink Case-A-Week Sweepstakes Entry, 6160 S. Syracuse Way #300 Greenwood Village, CO 80111. Only one registration per household is accepted.
One additional sweepstakes entry is obtained each week that a member logs in to either the ThriveEnergyDrink.com website, (with username and password) from the 1st of each month, 2008 through 11:59 p.m. of the last day of each month, 2008 Mountain Time, up to a maximum of one entry per week. The more weeks you log in, the more chances to win. For those who are not interested in joining the panel, additional entries may be obtained by sending a postcard with full name, postal address including: street, apartment/suite number, city, state and zip code), phone number and email address to: Thrive Energy Drink Case-A-Week Sweepstakes Entry, 6160 S. Syracuse Way #300 Greenwood Village, CO 80111. The mail-in entries must be postmarked the 1st day of the month, 2008 through the last day of the month, 2008, with no more than one entry postmarked on any calendar week per entrant, and must be received no later than 5 p.m. Eastern Time December 31, 2008 (the "Eligible Mail-In Entries"). Only one entry per household per week is accepted. Any mail-in entry improperly dated will be disqualified. Any mail-in entry that is illegible, incomplete, late or does not carry proper postage will be disqualified.
3. Sweepstakes Dates: The prize drawing will be held based on number of sweepstakes entries through the last day of each month (log ins & registrations through the last day of each month plus Eligible Mail-In Entries). Subsequent Case-A-Week sweepstakes may be conducted in the year 2009 and beyond. There is no carry-over of sweepstakes entries from one sweepstakes period to the next. Thrive Energy Drink, Inc. may conclude the sweepstakes program at any time.
4. Prizes: The total retail value of all sweepstakes prizes is $46.80 a week.
One (1) case of Thrive Energy Drink every week.
5. Prize Drawings: Winners will be selected at random by Thrive Energy Drink, Inc. based on entries obtained via log-ins & registrations from the 1st of each month, 2008 through the last day of each month, 2008 and Eligible Mail-In Entries. The prize drawing for the sweepstakes will be held on Friday of each week during the sweepstakes designated time period.
6. Odds of Winning: Each entrant's odds of winning depend on the entrant's number of entries via log-ins & registrations from the first day of each month, 2008 - the last day of each month, 2008 and Eligible Mail-In Entries relative to the total number of entries received via log-ins & registrations from the first day of each month, 2008 - last day of each month, 2008 and Eligible Mail-In Entries.
